The way to the sea. A project by Nuha Innab

June 4, 2012 - 19:00 to June 11, 2012 - 19:00

The reality of what you see is directly proportional to your imagination. For the reality I live in this moment is perceived differently by me than it is perceived by you, transforming itself into a memory, which varies depending on the messenger and place. For what are we in the end, but the result of what we hear and perceive...and what we think we had seen.

However, your imagination will always beautify what is furthest away from you.

Nuha studied and works as an architect. In her visual explorations nuha is looking at connections between architecture and urbanized cities, with social and political phenomena. Her past projects include "stretching possibilities" an installation at Makan in 2010; "Untitled" Drawings at The Studio in 2011. She also participated in a workshop titled Beirut Animated in Lebanon 2011, and published some of her drawings in Zine El Arab in 2011 and 2012.

The exhibition continues until Monday 11th of June 2012, every day from 3 - 7pm apart from Fridays.
