Dr. Mansur will walk us through the historical context of the privatization process in Jordan why did we venture down this road and what were the lessons learnt? Which projects were successful and which failed? Dr. Mansur will also explain the use of the funds pertaining to privatized industries and touch on how the progression of privatization in the country affected the economy and the ordinary citizen.

Dr. Yusuf Mansur is an expert with over 30 years of demonstrated expertise in micro and macroeconomic reform, and competitiveness studies and research. In addition he has expertise in competition/regulatory issues, investment promotion, industrial upgrading and development, industrial policy, public sector reform and capacity building, entrepreneurship, innovation and creative industries.
