A collaborative regional music festival ,ORMUZ is a mobile music festival touring Damascus, Beirut and Amman organized in cooperation with OrangeRed in Amman. This festival put into practice the training acquired from a series of workshops conducted by the ORMUZ project and international A.M.I organization in the Middle East. The participants got the chance to experience the designing and oragnisation of such an event towards working independently on future festivals, this also created a network for sharing knowledge and experience regionally. The festival featured three emerging talents, a local group from each city, they were Nawazen-Elia Khoury from Jordan featuring experimental oriental music, Ittar Chamaa’ from Syria with fusion Jazz and the Rap band from Lebanon, Kita3youn.
